Peninsula Floorball Club Inc Terms and Conditions of registration and site use
- I hereby agree to the Peninsula Floorball Club Inc code of conduct https://cdn.revolutionise.com.au/cups/pfc/files/f0cffft5qpylqcta.pdf , and agree that, unless otherwise stated, I am bound by Floorball Australia policies
- Peninsula Floorball registration carries no insurance cover. By registering you are agreeing to purchase insurance via https://www.peninsulafloorball.org/shop/4295/to be covered by the Floorball Australia Insurance policy. Peninsula Floorball Club Inc is not responsible for ensuring players have purchaed Floorball NSW insurance , each member must ensure they are registered before taking the court.
- By participating in Peninsula Floorball Club events, you are agreeing to Peninsula Floorball club Inc to reserve the right to use media. Peninsula Floorball Club Inc must be notified in writing if you do not give permission for photos, or video to be taken of you.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of each junior (under 18) player to report all pre-existing injuries and medical conditions to the club in writing.
- All players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when attending Peninsula Floorball Club activities.
- No orders are valid until full payment is received.
- Shirt orders are subject to manufacturer processing times
- All players must have filled in a registration form prior to taking part in Peninsula Floorball Related activities
- By registering you are agreeing to pay Peninsula Floorball Club the advertised fee attached to the correct division registration
- By registering with Peninsula Floorball Club, you are agreeing for yourself, and on behalf of those you are parent/ guardians of, to abide by the Peninsula Floorball Club code of conduct, behaving in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- New players may elect to join for 2 weeks to trial their enjoyment of Floorball prior to paying for a full season. You are agreeing that this membership comes without insurance cover, and Peninsula Floorball INC is not liable for any injuries sustained. Insurance may be purchased for a very small fee from https://www.floorballaustralia.org.au/ and is highly recommended.
- I hereby apply for membership of the Peninsula floorball club. In so applying and in consideration of my application being accepted, I have read, acknowledged and agreed to the declaration including in the warning, exclusion of liability release and indemnity clauses located on website http://www.floorball.org.au . I acknowledge that Peninsula Floorball may reject this application at its discretion. I acknowledge that if my application for membership is successful I will be entitled to any benefits, advantages and services of membership according to this level of membership, as outlined in the Peninsula Floorball Club constitution.
