A big thank you to all our hard-working volunteers for their work over the year. Committee members, volunteer parents and members have helped make this year's seasons and a Junior Australian wide tournament run smoothly and fantastically.

For those of you that were not able to attend this years AGM, please find some notable achievements for the club and its members:

• Held a successful Junior Australian Floorball Open in July 2022, being the first Australia wide Floorball tournament since 2019. With 124 players competing over 3 age Divisions (U9’s, U13’s and U19’s)
• 4 successful seasons run during a trying period. In 2022, an U19s Men’s team have participated in both seasons and have developed and grown as a team
• Our membership over the period has increased well in the wake of covid with many older members coming back.
• 5 elite teams participated in the most recent season with numbers looking like we need 6 teams for the next seasons.
• 2 referee training courses run in collaboration with Canberra Floorball
• Rules update session for players were held in Summer 2022 season
• 7 National team representatives in the U19s Men, U19s Women, and upcoming open Women’s Qualifiers
• Highest number of females in any division for Peninsula history in our Junior (U11s) at 11 girls to 8 boys (58% females)
• Hosted Andrea Kostalova and Michaela Maskova from the Czech Republic who were visiting Australia to study Floorball development at junior level (U15s) and to study the Australian National Women’s team. Andrea and Michaela ran multiple training sessions and helped coach our Tuesday night teams

As we look forward to 2023, I hope we can continue to grow our numbers both in our junior and senior grades and continue to develop our players to a high calibre. A focus on fair play and respect of our referees through club culture and continued learning will be pivotal in 2023 to continue that growth.
